Defensive Driving training on the 19th of May
We are delighted to announce that Shell is organizing a Defensive Driving training on Thursday 19th May 2022, includes:
– Virtual Theory session
– Individual practical training – will be arranged later with the DDT Instructor
Please note that the Temporary Waiver for mandatory in vehicle/class room Defensive Driving Training is expired on 31st of March 2022 and will not be extended. Hereby, its mandatory requirement for Shell Staff who will be driving in Kuwait to make sure to have a valid DDT certificate that can be used to drive on Shell Business.
The Theoretical session will start at 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. Please note:
– Its highly recommended for Spouses/family members driving in Kuwait to join the DDT training
– The Theoretical session can take up to 10 candidates only, by confirming your attendance you will reserve a seat and your attendance is required.
– Possession of a valid Kuwaiti driving license for Kuwaiti residents or an international driving license for Visitors is a pre-requisite for completing the practical training only.
– Having a Shell DDT is a pre-requisite for driving a Company (leased) vehicle.
– Having a Shell DDT is a pre-requisite for driving your personal car on company business.
– The DDT certificate is valid for 2 years only.
